Land Project co-ordinator
Working alongside our Water Project co-ordinator, this person will help develop, oversee and support the range of land based project. They will also coordinate with existing groups that are currently working on ecological projects within the Erme catchment.

Volunteer co-ordinator
As our activities grow we will be calling on an increasing number of supporters to volunteer time for activities such as water sampling, habitat improvement works, biodiversity monitoring and community engagement. The volunteer co-ordinator will be ken in ensuring that our volunteers are supported, connected and listened to.

Citizen Science Initiative volunteer
There a number of citizen science programmes that are currently being run through the West Country Rivers Trust (WRT). The Erme is fortunate in that there are already some well established groups in the catchment.
In discussions with the WRT, we are looking to extend these testing and monitoring schemes and are looking for a coordinator to drive this. They will be coordinating group on the various areas of the catchment as well as communicating directly with the WRT regional manager to help create a region wide picture of river health.

Finance Controller
We are currently registering as a charity and will require formal oversight of our financial activities. This is a key role but should not be to onerous in terms of time required.
